How to Log In to Solt Game

Logging in to Solt Game takes about ten seconds on a normal connection. Here is what the process looks like:

Email login: Enter the email address you used during registration and your account password. Tick "Remember me" if you are on a personal device and want to skip re-entering your credentials next time. Click "Log In to Solt Game." That is it.

Mobile OTP login: If you prefer not to use a password, switch to the Mobile OTP tab. Enter your Pakistani mobile number (03XX-XXXXXXX format), request the one-time code, and enter it when it arrives by SMS. The code expires in five minutes. This method is especially useful if you use a shared device and do not want to save a password on it.

Two-factor authentication (2FA): If you have 2FA enabled on your account — which we strongly recommend — you will be prompted for your authenticator code after entering your password. The extra thirty seconds this adds is well worth the significant increase in account security it provides.

Account Security on Solt Game

Your Solt Game account holds your PKR balance, your payment method details, and your personal information. Keeping it secure is a shared responsibility between you and the platform. Solt Game handles the platform side — encrypted connections, session management, rate-limited login attempts, and device monitoring. Your side is keeping your credentials private.

The most common cause of account compromise on any online platform is password reuse — using the same password for your Solt Game account that you use for your email or social media. If one of those services suffers a data breach, your gaming account becomes vulnerable even if Solt Game itself has never had a security incident. Use a unique password for Solt Game that you do not use anywhere else.

Solt Game support will never ask for your password in any format — by email, live chat, phone, or any other channel. If anyone claiming to be Solt Game asks for your password or full OTP code, do not provide it and report the conversation to support@soltgame.im immediately.

Troubleshooting Common Login Issues

If you are having trouble logging in to your Solt Game account, here are the most common causes and what to do about each one.

Incorrect Email or Password

Double-check that caps lock is off and that you are using the exact email address you registered with. If you are unsure which email you used, try the mobile OTP login method — enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and you will receive a login code by SMS regardless of which email is linked to the account.

Forgotten Password

Click "Forgot password?" on the login form. Enter your registered email address and Solt Game will send a password reset link within a few minutes. The reset link is valid for 30 minutes. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. If the email still does not arrive within ten minutes, contact support via live chat for assistance.

Account Under Review

In some cases, Solt Game's security system may flag an account for review — for example, if login is attempted from an unusual location or device. If your account is temporarily locked for this reason, you will see a specific message at login. Contact support at support@soltgame.im with your registered email and mobile number, and the review is typically completed within a few hours.

OTP Not Arriving

If you are using mobile OTP login and the SMS is not arriving, check that your mobile number is entered correctly in the format 03XX-XXXXXXX. Pakistani mobile operators occasionally delay SMS delivery during peak periods. Wait 60 seconds and use the "Resend code" option. If the issue persists, switch to email login or contact support.

Logging In from a New Device

If you log in to Solt Game from a device you have not used before, you may be asked to complete an additional verification step — either an OTP to your registered mobile number or a link to your registered email. This is a security feature, not an error. Complete the verification and your session will activate normally. On your personal devices, ticking "Remember me" at login bypasses this step for subsequent logins from the same browser.
