Solt Game Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Gaming Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and Solt Game ("the Platform", "we", "us"). The Platform operates the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at soltgame.im and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains.

By accessing the Solt Game website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and close your account.

Solt Game reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Solt Game. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Solt Game takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to believe a player is under 18, we will immediately suspend the account, withhold any winnings, and return deposited funds to the originating payment method.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on Solt Game. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed with funds reviewed for return less any bonus amounts used. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact support immediately.

Accurate Registration Information

When registering on Solt Game, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and forfeiture of deposited funds.

Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction before using Solt Game. The Platform does not provide legal advice. Players accessing Solt Game from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited do so at their own risk and may have accounts closed without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Solt Game login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Solt Game will never ask for your password through any communication channel — if you receive such a request, it is not from us.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Solt Game support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporary suspension of your account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

Solt Game is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain appropriate security over their credentials, shared their details with a third party, or used a device or network that has been compromised.

Solt Game accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are available for deposits on the Platform:

• Easypaisa – instant processing, minimum Rs 200
• JazzCash – instant processing, minimum Rs 200
• NayaPay – instant processing, minimum Rs 200
• SadaPay – instant processing, minimum Rs 200
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) – processing subject to bank schedule, minimum Rs 500
• Visa / Mastercard – standard card processing times apply, minimum Rs 500

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account does not belong to the registered Solt Game account holder — are prohibited and may result in funds being returned and the account being reviewed.

Deposited funds are held in your Solt Game PKR wallet and are available for betting immediately upon confirmation. Solt Game does not pay interest on wallet balances.

Withdrawals from your Solt Game wallet are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the conditions below. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 across all supported methods.

Processing Times

VIP Club members at Gold tier and above have withdrawal requests processed in a dedicated priority queue, resulting in faster average completion times across all methods.

Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is processed, Solt Game may require identity verification if it has not been completed previously, or if the withdrawal amount exceeds defined thresholds. Please ensure your account documents are up to date to avoid delays. Active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or the relevant bonus forfeited before a withdrawal can be initiated — see Section 06 for bonus terms.

Solt Game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which are displayed on the relevant promotion page. The general principles governing all bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiple (e.g. 10x, 15x) is stated on the individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• VIP Cashback: Weekly PKR cashback for VIP Club members is credited without wagering requirements. The cashback percentage depends on your current VIP tier as set out in the VIP Club terms.
• Free Spins: Winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds and may be subject to wagering requirements as stated on the specific promotion.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses expire after the period stated on the promotion page. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active at any time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Accepting a new bonus while one is active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.

All bets placed on Solt Game — whether on sports, virtual sports, or any other market — are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules for cricket betting, slots, Andar Bahar, crash games, esports, and virtual sports are available in the relevant section of the platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted and confirmed.
• The minimum stake per bet is Rs 50 across most markets. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Solt Game reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already started, where the outcome was known at the time of placement, or where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• In the event of a clearly erroneous price being offered — for example, decimal odds of 100.00 on a near-certain outcome — Solt Game reserves the right to cancel bets placed at that price. Players will be refunded their stake in full.
• Winnings from all bets are credited to your PKR wallet balance immediately upon settlement of the event.
• Accumulator bets across multiple events are supported. All legs must win for the accumulator to pay. If one leg is voided due to cancellation, the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at their respective odds.

Solt Game's decision on the settlement of any bet is final. In cases of genuine dispute, players may raise a formal complaint through the support channel, which will be reviewed by the compliance team within 5 business days.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Solt Game. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and all funds reviewed, with winnings potentially voided:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors deliberately for financial gain.
• Coordinating with other players to guarantee a profit across different outcomes on the same event (also known as "arbing" or "bonus abuse").
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity documents.
• Attempting to access Solt Game systems through unauthorised means, including hacking or denial-of-service attacks.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to create the impression of being located in a different jurisdiction.

Solt Game is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We believe that gaming should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that notify you when you have been playing continuously for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily disable your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without the account being permanently closed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and Solt Game will not accept re-registration requests during the exclusion period.

All content on the Solt Game platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, promotional materials, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of Solt Game or its licensed third-party suppliers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Solt Game.

The game content available on Solt Game (including slots, live dealer games, and virtual sports simulations) is licensed from third-party software providers. Solt Game does not own this content but holds valid licences for its use on the Platform. Unauthorised copying, reverse engineering, or redistribution of any game content is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Solt Game provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform operates reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance at all times. Solt Game shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits or winnings resulting from technical downtime, connectivity issues, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses incurred as a result of your failure to read and comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security over your credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform.

In all circumstances, Solt Game's maximum liability to any individual player shall not exceed the net deposited amount in their wallet at the time of the relevant incident. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of Solt Game.

Solt Game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or display a prominent notification on the Platform. The updated Terms will display the new effective date at the top of this page.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your available balance. Continued use of Solt Game after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
